Fraps lock fps at 25

Well i was making videos lately when i record i get like 50 - 60 fps but today i tried to make one but when i start recording the fps lock in 25fps i tried in every game minecraft (i m not a nerd i have fun playing that game) LOL and call of duty they all lock at 25 fps when i record meanwhile i get 60fps + when i m not recording please help me to fix this probelm. i tried to disable the windows update and the useless service but still not working. i hope you have the solution for my problem . and have a good day

one more thing i got this problem with my old computer i thought i was from my computer cause it's really old. and now when i get the new one ( cause i m good boi at school) i updated the graphixc card and i get 80 fps while recording but today it's back again i can send the spec if you want.

My fps have always been capped with fraps aswell, try with some other free recording software, bandicam, camstudio, or something

i will start using obs cause action is pretty expensive and it also lock my fps don't close this thread i may have more staff to ask

well dxtory is not free but i tried it and it's pretty good
shadow play take a lot of space man i will use it when i get another hard drive
