SAMP doesn't crash, I posted the screenshot thats it. I need to normally /q after that and re-log.

Have you tried logging without launcher or logging to any other samp server?

SAMP icon >Properties>Compatibility>Check, run this program in compatibility mode for: from there pick Windows 98.

since this problem is only occurring on samp, try to re-install samp

remove gta sa userfiles from documents

or try reinstalling gta rather than samp (?)

Same shit with my other laptop, i think its my internet so archieve this.

Its internet problem yeah after i did some researches,but there is a way you can play by downloading VPN, hotspot shield

No it's not. Have you tried disabling firewall for gta_sa and sa-mp?
