Exceptional case for server rules.

This is Barry Zakirov. I created this character for acting as a twin brother in this IMRP with Boris Zakirov in 2016 when we were both in SDC. But my main account is Albert Petrov. On that time the level of Albert was 23 and level of Barry was just 6 may be. From time to time I decided to focus on twin characters. In the last of 2016 and 2017 I was inactive because my mother had a major heart attack and she was in ICU. It took 2 years to stay with my mom. Then I came back to IMRP and decided to continue twin character. Then I get chance in Cuneo at level 18. From there I raised my level to 21 staying at cuneo. My intention is to make a twin character interesting. I had a job so its tough for me to give so much time to increase my level. My one of dream is to play faction war as I didn't participated that much before. I was practicing for couple of months with Boris Zakirov to develop my shooting skill. So, I am mostly active in Barry Zakirov rather than other two characters in IMRP. Pictures are at the following. So, I request you not to ruin my leisure time. I had no choice. Rest are up to you. My intention is honest and clear.

Sometimes exceptions need to be made. So, I hope the admins of IMRP would be kind enough to give me opportunity to join into the war. I apologize that I should have read that war rules about a months ago. But I really didnot notice and that faction war is announced in a very short notice. Rest is upto you. I tried to make IMRP alive by introducing twin character. Let me play that role please.
