i think your hard drive have been splitted into partitions.
you should be able to fix this in devicemanager (i think) however, i have always used a sepparate program called partition wizard (the home edition are free)

If it's a problem of a "Missing Disk" then check this out:
Go to "Start Menu" and right click on computer then choose "Manage".

[+] Click Here

A screen will appear, choose "Disk Management".

[+] Click here

If your problem is a missing Disk, then boxes with its size will appear.
Like this:

heres a tutorial, sadly i couldnt figure out how to make a text in the edition program, so i explain here

first start the program, click on the partition that you want to remove, then drag it down to the left as long as you can, after thats done, clock OK, and those GBs will get unallocated, then click on the partition that you want to add those gbs to, and do the same, but drag it to the right.

in your case, i would begin filling up one of those partitions to begin with, to make sure the ones your taking the GBs from are empty

or do it like Southball, your decision, i find that program i use easier though

This act doesn't delete your files, and that means your files are already deleted. If so, then I can't help.

Just use Alcohol 120% or like the kids, Daemon Tools - you won't even need those BD-ROMs.
