ok i tried the 'run as administrator" etc it aint fixing my problem, my problem is w/e i relog or start the game my sensivity is on 100 percent its fast etc idk how to fix this shit

download silentpatch through this site https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25368 and drag both of the files into your gta sa folder, it had fixed the problem for me
