go for the highest you can for visibility and quality
stretching/widescreen doesn't actually make the character models wider even if it appears so

nah dont use widescreen it looks ugly, unless you like it
1920x1024 is nice yeah and if your monitor supports freesync/gsync make sure to enable it because it's a large difference in gameplay, also 144hz is amazing to shoot with but it's such a waste of money if you're going to play samp on it

yours has 75hz max, only newer monitors have 144hz/free-/gsync
