[HELP] FPS issues

I have fps around LS 50-65 and 65-85 at lv-sf in 1200x720 resolution
w/o mods it increases 5fps only

i've been told that my laptop is even much better than others who has 90-100fps around LS

I got a i3 and 4g memory I normally get 80-90 fps without mods with mods 40-60-70 in ls have I have the normal intel hd gpu

Try reinstalling GTA SA, idk why but that fixed my issue.

get the drivers from the manufacturers website, that youtube video is bullshit

also your laptop probably has two graphics cards so make sure you're running the high performance one

tbh your on windows 8.1 DID you update your drivers to the latest one? if SO thats a problem, because your driver is only optimized for windows 10 1803

i downloaded driver booster and updated everything

idk about the two graphics card so can u tell me how to switch them?

Right click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel. In Control Panel, go to "Manage 3D settings", then "Global Settings", you can choose under "Preferred graphics processor" to have "High Performance NVIDIA processor".

This is everything I do to boost FPS.
1. Using GTA crasher but turning on fps limit (viewtopic.php?f=90&t=79162&p=1534628#p1534628)

2. Closing all background apps, these apps mainly consist of utorrent, steam, discord, google chrome and basically any application similar to those mentioned.
3. Using windows 7 rather than any higher versions
4. Using low poly weapon mods and skins
5. Using LEGAL mods that help boost fps and lowers pl (This is what I like to use: Undies low-end mod:

6. This will definitely help everyone, use a direct connection. Meaning use a LAN cable that connects from your modem to your laptop, or pc. If you have a free wall connection, I recommend using that as there is less interference.
