So when I upload a certain picture that is obviously .png format, it says that it isn't a picture. Only 1/3 screens did that, so I don't realy know whats wrong and how to fix it. /help/

Done it to me several times lately, I just save the file as .JPEG and it fixes it and uploads faster =)
