so i dont think thats the problem, i have this problem only from now im playing with those settings like 6 months

If you resolution ends on x 32, try changing it to x 64 and vice versa.
I forgot which one of them does this. Also try changing your resolution to lowest, then back to the normal one.

Doing both of these things fixed it for me a few times.

i tried the resulotion thing before creating that thread and i dont have 64 bit in samp idk why

x64 doesn't exists in SA if im not wrong, its only 16 and 32, i thought about that aswell,but usually x16 doesnt really looks like this, it looks more like everything are painted with watercolor, and in this case its on the the vehicles :S can be wrong tho

like i said i didnt changed anything in my gta files this problem came now for me maybe i touched the resulotion and shit but i cant fix it
