Try using other sound mod for the sniper, if its fine, then it's probaby the file corrupted.

Also use modloader for fast install (here: https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377)

So, that's mean, the sound mod your choice is probably corrupted.

send me your GENRL through private messages and ill extract the .wav files for you so you can use it for modloader
