[ANSWERED] Need help with a VPS.

Hello all,

my cousin haves a own vps ( a computer that runs 24/7 )

When I open the Remote Desktop and fill in the IP and password, it says The logon attempt failed.

Yesterday everything worked, then I completly reinstalled Windows.. + I reinstalled my 2 drive's ( C: and D: )
Since I reinstalled everything this whole Remote Desktop doesnt work anymore..
It's pretty weird, I have the exact IP and password as my cousin to go in the VPS but it still doesnt work.

This is a screenshot of my pc, Im dutch so don't look at the language.

I don't know what to do, I checked if it was the Firewall that blocked all.. But that wasn't the problem..
Help !
