Hello my game is not what it was before

So all i did i had windows 7 so i though it will be better if i get 8.1 ( i got this atm) when i was on windows 7 my game was smooth and stuff it was nice to play but now i cant even record i cant do nothing + i had like 80-90 without recording and like from 50-70(depends places) when i record but now i get 50-60 without recording and like 30-40 when recording on any place

and when i formated i only formated the disk C not the E one cuz my games were there idk if thats a problem or something but eh iam not that good with stuff like this.

with windows 7 + fps limiter on i had 101 fps , with windows 8.1 and fps limiter i had 62 , windows 10 + fps limiter on i have 90-92

win 8 is not a full version confirmed by microsoft however i suggest removing your mods hence it will give a lack of fps while playing since win 8 has a slow progress reading the graphic card.

i had the same problem before, even thought it used to run with 90-100 fps, try to puting some useful mods, like Noshadow, Noclouds, one more thing if you get more then 100fps in this game you can't move while aiming anymore. it ridicules i know.

Win 10 is the best than win 8.1 (the worst Windows in history) also if you want some good ass performance remove your optical drive and install an extra SSD like me i bought a 2nd SSD removed the optical device placed the old SSD on the Optical device's place and installed the new one on the old one's place and boom my PC launches for legit 1 sec and shutts down for 1 second also my game performance is very fucking nice.

you've formated it that's why you need a new flashdrive because on the current one you have you have formatted windows 8.1 i'm guessing ?

ps. if you are gonna install windows 10 make sure you have a 32 gb flash drive cuzz along with the installation it will need some space for files which maybe you wanna backup etc...
