It is also important to put every single one of your .dll files to your main GTA:SA Folder.
Basically; C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
Copy and paste it there.

Then all you got to do is click Download Zip-File at the bottom and there ya' go! (This works for any .dll files that are damaged/accidentally removed or for whatever you need them for.)
