You probably dont have dependencies that are required for launcher to work (MS Visual C++/ Direct x9) just keep the process going on untill launcher download them and ask you to install. IF, this is taking more than 5 minutes that is because your internet is slow or there is some issue with launcher. Contact woot in that case.
