Can't connect to Router UCP.. :S

I have been try'ing to connect to my router UCP for like a week but it hasn't been letting me in for some reason...

I have been typing in my gateway IP but nothing happening:



Might not be relevant to the Community but i really need to get in to my UCP.. So any advice is 1000% appreciated

Do u have a laptop?

No i am on desktop (Windows 8, 64bit and 4GB ram.)

I am on Virgin media Smart hub (Netgear)

Try to reset your router more then two times.

And ; are all the lights on your router functioning properly ?

Huh? That's my Netgear MBR1310's ''router UCP''.
Just realised it's http://www.routerlogin.net, try that instead.

Okay here's what works for me.

Windows icon + R :

That screen will appear and you type in "cmd" and hit enter


Another screen will appear looking like this:


Excellent, now type in "ipconfig"
You will see something like this:


Now you have to look for the "Standard gateway" wich in my case appears to be
192.168.0.1



Type your standard gateway in your browser and tell me if it worked

Fixed.. just try'd my luck one more time and it randomly worked,close please.
