Why does my accessories upon aiming with sniper first disappear and then once i shoot or zoom they re appear seems like im the only one struggling with it?

It doesn't happen just to you. It happens to everyone. It depends on where your accessories are placed (if head and upper body it distract your view with sniper zoom)
Solution is to tog your accessories atleast while you snipe.(/acc tog)
