Hello all, I got a keybinder called : chaosAD Keybinder
When im IG and I press Numpad 1 my whole keybinder stops with working and crashes.
Does someone know the solution about this ?

I'd suggest you to use Ultimate Key Binder, never failed me nor crashed or didn't responded.
Does it crashed the SA-MP aswell ?

Have you tried any other Hotkey programs?
AutoHotkey always worked for me. (http://www.autohotkey.com)
Try it out and see if you have the same problem.
