hmm then i dont know. but if he killed you by db'ing take screenshots and look at the killlist.. and report him right away so admins can check logs.

You can't know stranger ID/number, if he didn't talk, even admins can't know that through screenshots.

Last 10 damages you took are saved and admins can see if they are in game, try to get as much evidence as you can.
p.s in case you get car jacked, you can defend yourself and shoot him.
