I can't login on IMRP (But I can login on other servers)

So I went off for 8 days and I was trying to connect on IMRP and it doesn't let me.
Tried restarting router, restarting pc, reinstalling samp nothing helped but the problem is only on IMRP.
This is what it shows:

Probably you're logging in that time when the server is being ddosed.
(The server is being ddosed every 2 hours daily or something, so yes it's hard to log in.)

People are ingame and I asked before if the server is down, they said it's up.

It often tells me it's connecting to the server and hangs. If I wait 5-20 seconds and after 3-4 attempts it connects.
