The best way if to put the mods it a custom.file, and a good program is Alchi's IMG tool, but if you don't want to do the hard work, just PM me the mods you want, and I'll do it for ya.

Use SAMI ( SAMP Mode Installer ) instead of IMG Tool it's way to easy. Also if you want to download modes :

I wound'nt suggest you to use SAMI, it fucked up my gta3 file and I had to re-install my game, but yes, it is the easiest way, but be aware.

i actually use txdworkshop,and in case you want to edit skins,or something like that,you pull out a skin file,and you can edit it in photoshop.
