GTA:SA Resolution
Currently, I play GTA:SA in 800x600 BB, if I somehow switch to 800x600 stretched, would I experience reduced FPS because the black bars are gone?

Probably some as the windowed mode or anything alike runs much smoother.

ye might be possible cause it happens since it doesnt match your monitor resolution anyway
