Currently SDC is nothing but a job for truck drivers. They don't have any kind of power to control the illegal factions and therefore the interaction with them is meaningless as-well. Having SDC as the owner or restocker of these metal and lead factories you suggested would at least partially give them back the status they used to have.

No, civilians don't have a warehouse. They can only use factions' warehouses (if open).

No no; you got it wrong. Every illegal faction should have a warehouse. Faction members can't make their own warehouses because warehouses are meant to be for the entire faction, where they are used by everyone if open.

"Ask a Head Admin or higher to place a warehouse somewhere for you" was meant for faction-leaders.

isn't it a lot because we spend about 50m for 5k mateirals if we buy 5000units per each 5000$ and it will cost about 5b to buy 100.000 units of lead and + another 100.000 units of metal for 5b. in total 10b who has that kind of money

yeah but where is the RP in that when one m4 will cost about 8m?? who will afford to do those runs I will go do better burritos then the metals and weed
