Some people are saying it will take some time to grind for fpoints so it won't be used everyday, we say an alliance consists of 4 factions.
Imagine 1 faction from an alliance consists of 4 factions used it 1 time per week , this means it will be used 4 times per week.
It's not hard for 1 faction to get 2000 fpoints to use this perk 1 time per week.
Which means it will still have a presence everyday from both side of alliance which will affect the gameplay as everyone can see right now it's not about enjoying bombing people and filling some of your dead brain cells.

People keep crying and complaining about that system without even thinking twice about the words that're coming out of their mouths.
Point 1 - "3K fpoints for 30 minutes in drag lab and 2k fpoints for 24 hours usage of the bomb biz, woot is biased HAHHAA"
Regarding that shit and nonsense talk that a lot of people "More specifically G.A side" would find reasonable actually makes no sense. WHY ?
Here is why : In average 4 individuals can produce up to 75 heroin grams per 30 minutes and per individual (That means 300 grams in total and around 30,000,000$ net profit if sold) Is that an OP and unfair feature ? HELL YEAH.
And, here is why : Basically, you're spending fpoints and compensating it with money or heroin if you'd like to keep some for yourself which would happen in most cases so it's technically a grand win.
Point 2 - "2K fpoints for 24 hours of bomb biz ? That's a fucking mess"
For the first day YEP, it is a god damn mess and nobody can deny that fact, but, take the BMX as an example on its first days it had a unique beam and hype till people realized they're simply wasting their own money on something that does not worth it- and, you can tell that obviously by looking at the BMXs presence in our community nowadays besides the trolling situations.
So, some smart guy will come and inquire me of the relevance of both situations..-Simply, the relevance is that the fleaders have a lot of more important things to focus on/improve in their faction so even before they realize, they'd be running out of fpoints sooner rather than later.
N.B. : I'm not saying that the current costs of perks are perfect, they need to be reasonably increased so they don't become so tenable as it's the case now (5K fpoints would be fine, and yep the 3K difference is a huge thing.)

It's a nice point of view that I slightly agree with, but, I'd say that adding a cooldown for each faction allowing them to access the bomb business lets say once per week for 12 hours with the same current fees. (Same CD concept goes for the drug lab access if you really do not want to have a "biased" system
)
However, that system is currently running out perfectly as a concept project which needs a slight change to be present in a more compatible way.
