If you have perk, you can produce it even if it is out of stock, but if someone is producing with perk it should not even take from its stock, same goes for car bombs

Well, lets be fully honest none of that is okay. Hunter/Tanks/Seasparrow are same thing as bombs. Now it is balanced well.

Really don't understand why people are freaking out, it's the first day, of course people will try and use the perk.

Why are people still complaining, with a few tweaks in the future it'll all be fine.

i think only for the factions that are in war should be fore 24 hours, but others that aren't should be halved or less
