[ANSWERED] Weird sort of lagg.

Hello all, I recorded today a weird lagg.. It happens when I insert the Custom.img for Medic Pack, that I downloaded here.
The streets start loading, then they are finished with loading and they start loading again.
Someone having a conclusion of this ?

The sound is a bit weird, because it lagged so hard.

Maybe try stream memory fix?

You've to download something called stream memory fix- download it here http://www.mediafire.com/?twxxelqi9bh1k7g and paste the .ASI file in your GTA SA main folder. - Then run your game and see if it works.
If it doesn't work, you're gonna have to download ASI loader, do that here http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8321
Paste those files in your GTA SA main folder, copy + replace then run the game again, should work
