After I put crashes.asi on my folder it shows me this alert . Crashes.asi it's not disallowed by launcher even management proved this to me

crashes.asi is known to conflict with the launcher, you should not use it. a proper gta installation works just fine without any crashes in windows 10.

There's no way you launch GTA on launcher with crashes.asi on windows 10, sadly it wont work. Try SAMP addon, or downgrade to Win8 / Win7.
