I would like to get solution for this problem which occurs randomly while playing and it makes my FPS stutter for a second or two and its really annoying specially in gunfights.

one more thing to check if you are on windows 10, make sure you are not using the slideshow that makes sudden freeze or fps drop so changing it to a static wallpaper fixes.

Happens if you are using an old/used processor/graphic cards(bought your pc used), try deleting all tasks in the background and updating your windows along with drivers.
