Hello,
I wonder how do I lock my fps in-game, it goes around 180-200 every time I log in, even tho I barely play but I don't want to end up banned again.

If you've NVIDIA driver, try NVIDIA Profile Inspector to limit your FPS. Check this thread, briefly explained by Richard in comments.
