A fightstyle is how you fight basicly. You can change it at the gym (Ganton)

Use /helpme whilst in-game, it should locate you all the server important locations (Cityhall, DMV, Gym...).
You can use /ask to ask questions to online server staff.

1) There're some guides on how to get a license, search them here LINK
2) You can gain money by working IC, /helpme to get to the city hall and pick a job. Use /jobhelp to help you finding out how to work at that certain job.
3) Gangs are located around LS, depends if you're actually asking for factions or groups..
4) Get to the LS Gym, stand on the red checkpoint and start to press some keys on the keyboard, you'll have three options of different fight styles.

Well, you have to work in order to get money, use /gps (or /helpme) to check the city hall there you can get whatever job is avaiable, read the instructions given and do your job. You can get the license at the license center (Its near the All Saints Hospital), you can change the fightstyle on the ganton gym.

As you said you havent got any answers helpers may not be avaiable at those times, roleplaying or etc. If you wanna ask more use /ask in game (check /admins for helpers in game) or make another thread and we will answer.
