Instead of having multiple people PM multiple admins about which modifications are allowed and which aren't, I figured it would be much more efficient for people to just ask in public.
If you want to know whether or not a mod is allowed, just ask in this topic and an admin can reply.
Ex. "Is randomcleo.cs allowed?", "Is this skin too flashy?", etc.
I'll also compile a list of allowed / not allowed mods below, obviously this does not include every mod and just because a mod is not listed under "not allowed" does not mean it is allowed, the server rules still apply & use your common sense. This is for mods where the legality may not be clear, obviously aimbot isn't allowed and I shouldn't need to list that under "not allowed" for you to know that.
If you're unsure, ask here.
Allowed:
Spoiler
Modloader
CLEO
SAMPAddon
AHK (for basic keybinds, no auto-litefoot, no memory hacking to pull player information etc.)
Approved timecyc mods (viewtopic.php?t=198511)
Bloodeffects (effects.fxp, effectsPC.txd)
Sprintbar
Sound mods (within reason)
HitSound.cs
Trassa.cs (or any other mod that changes bullet tracers)
HeliFastStart.cs
InfiniteRun.cs
shootingIndicator.cs
Reload.cs (to reload your weapon)
Q: hitsounds not allowed, yeah?
A: Hitsounds is not allowed.
Q: Is mousefix allowed? the cs/asi one. *It fixes your mouse sensitivity so you can aim more precisely*
A: If it just modifies your sensitivity it's allowed.
Q: draw distance editor allowed? e.g timecyc allows u to see until LV but it is unnecessary so you change it so that you can only see LS
A: If it the effect is the same shown in the below video, yes it's allowed. However, if it is possible to lower it further than the default and cause objects to not render in at normal distances, that would not be allowed. For example being able to see people through objects because they are not rendered in when they normally would be, that would not be allowed. (i.e. emulating the "city hall effect" would not be allowed, if you know what I'm talking about). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrPR5k-LLfs

Good one, also make a list of the questions that were asked and got answered in the first comment so people won’t ask the same question 5 times (FAQ)
I suppose this is a platform I could ask this question.
Certainly not a "yes/no" question but I'll try..
Why isn't cruisecontrol allowed? It has literally no advantage whatsoever.
-> Limits speed to a particular value but you still have to steer
-> Turns off when you bump into something
How exactly does it ruin gameplay/give an advantage?

I think it had to do with certain mods having glitches causing you to fly or fall slower and the likes.
