I've checked the ban-list, and as I can see you contacted him ingame regarding one of your accounts being banned.

There was a reason, and the only thing that may "help" you out is by appealing.

Now, I saw your ban-appeal, and as you said yourself the ban wasn't wrong and you even apologized there. He may tell you to do X, or wait X, but simply have patience and before you know it you'll be back ingame.
