Game not loading

May someone help me? Ive been playing as usual, I restarted my pc tried to connect after a while, launcher turns on > gta pops up > trying to connect to the server > 'connected' and the game freezes. not loading and not crashing.
*I didn't change any mod for long time*
I still hear the wind sound and nothing happens.

Reinstalled the game, installed everything correct, installed the last samp version 0.3.7 R4
Trying to launch samp > white screen shows up and the singleplayer turns on
Reinstalled samp two times I installed it at the right folder, nothing helps...
I swear I give $10M IG cash to whoever finds a solution, thanks in advance.

Delete gta sa set file in userfiles.And try again

I remember fixing the freezing by alt tabbing out and back in, this would unfreeze the game, keep like 5-10 seconds between tabbing in and out and i believe this stopped after consecutive Windows and .NETframework updates (through Windows, no manual downloads) or maybe i've messed with IN-game settings in singleplayer... Cant really remember

try updating windows itself and graphic card drivers etc
