HealthBar issue

Hi Community,

I've recently re-installed my GTA-SA removed all mods etc.
When I first tried to run the game something odd occurred, my health bar was duplicated, the regular one and one enlarged health bar covering the regular one and partially my weapons icon.

Hopefully, someone knows anything about this and could help me to solve this problem.

Thank you for replying but this didn't help.
I installed the latest Cleo version and placed the files in the designated folder. nothing changed, unfortunately.

As I mentioned, this has nothing to do with mods.
I had this bug from the beginning after the new installation.

Did this occur in a vanilla GTA as well?

Yes.

Like I said, I had removed GTA and all of its content.
Yes I used to have mods but upon reinstalling the game back to its original (( vanilla )) state, this bug occured.

Non of my previous mods were in this game to be seen so I dont think this has anything to do with mods/cleo etc.
