sup guys , can anybody provide me an information or w/e related to the 4k moves , i've recently seen couple of videos of aimers that their GTA runs in an improved camera/resolution idk like in this video have a look from 0:11 to 0:17 when he was aiming towards the maccer the camera was moving smoothly like how 1440p60fps videos runs , im using sensfix btw but it ain't moving this way

It's mainly due to rendering/video settings. Also having a smooth GTA depends solely on your FPS, there are a couple mods to enhance it but you'll most definitely lose FPS with its usage and then again your game will not be as smooth as you expected it to be.
