If you havent yet phoned up your internet provider do so now. Have you restarted your router in last few days? If you done both of these things i hope it would of worked by now, if not get a new provider

1st its caiway
2nd im not downloading or anything rebooted everything and contacting my isp isnt solving anything. and i didnt move my routers position bcs i hnever had trouble.
3d i rebooted my router in the last couple of days because of this problem
4d my dad wont buy another provider
5th i dont have this problem on my PC downstairs

Probably your network provider has slowed down your network speed for any good reason i guess so, contact your network provider.
There is nothing to do for it, programs such as orbitdownloader etc, won't help you if you already downloaded it.

But now serious I had exactly the same
Problem. I used to have 20mb download at my old provider but then suddenly when we also receive tv from the same provider the speed dropped to a stunning 5mb download. We switched to another provider and now we have 120mb.
What I am trying to say is change your provider.
But you need to consider that 20mb isn't that bad, it is a little above avarage
You're dutch? Get UPC as provider we had trouble with KPN
