As the title says, I cannot press the button '1' on SAMP, I cannot write there this -> '!' nor the number one, unless I do it from the right numpad or whatever is that called.
That happens only on SAMP, not in another game.

When you are in game: press ALT + SHIFT ( several times ) and let me know if that worked.

The button works when I'm not playing SAMP, it happens only when I play SAMP.

What confuses me it's just that "1" lol... So it can't be in the keyboard settings not in num lock, maybe something's wrong in the gta files of yours andnit doesnt recognize "1" I don't know mate seriously, a weird problem lol.
