um when i now run my game it run it like an administrator and if i dont i cant play. but can i have mods when i play the game as an administrator or is that unpossible? i would like to have some bether skin mods

Yes, you can have mods even when playing as administrator

- If you want a solution to fix your problem, you need to re-install Windows or whatever you are using as an Operating System. That's the only way you can fix the issue with from what I've experienced.

Or, there's another solution that might help you, not sure though.
Downgrade your version to an older date. I don't know how to explain but google it
- As for the re-installation of Windows, yes of course you will loose your stuff; but you can recover them by saving them on some Hard Drive etcetera.
