Luncher Downdload Cant get folder opened

I Cant get from site download the IM-RP luncher just says its not secured folder and I tryed to uninstale the Luncher I have download normaly before and it worked good but today it had some download sfx sound problem cant play the game I uninstale it cant download it how to get back playable help me please fast .... Thx

i must register for some trade group cant I get free web link ... it would be much more acceptable some tool is needed too
