On the place where the business was located, now there's a mapping of gas station so i'm pretty sure it's moved on some other place. I'm not sure where it is located at the moment, and i guess it's still closed.

It is the people's fault though, you sell it cheaper than water, then you get it closed to bump up the prices.

The business you're thinking in willowfield was moved to temple. You had that business and one owned by sonny near noob spawn. However as far as I remember corleone bought both businesses and assumed the control of the market. Now it has been closed for a couple of months to drain the server out of drugs and bump the prices. Therefore you cant buy seeds to plant any more, only sellables from the streets.

It's all about creating market and monopoly IC as Paco said, if you want drugs-contact them IC. The flow is being regulated IC.
