Are you sure that you put in your right log in details? If so then contact woot (server owner) or make a thread on this link forum.sa-mp.im/viewforum.php?f=20 regarding your donation problem and make sure to put in details such as your in game name etc.

It depends on how long the money will take to reach its destination.
IT can take 2 - 14 days ( This is the normal timespan for a money-transfer ), as soon as the owner, woot, receives the money he will contact you when you're in game and ask you wich houses / vehicles you want and he will also give you the donator pack ( the abilty to pick a fighstyle, change phone number and more )
If you made a donation for money, you should've gotten it directly when you came in game. If this didn't happen you can contact woot through a forum pm:
