In order to get a TP door, use /services in-game and explain a Lead+ where you want the TP to be. If he thinks it's suitable, he'll ask your to charity an amount of money and implant the TP. That's not true.
Nino and zaider are always answering to support requests. You've probably impolitely asked them or something.

zaider is online pretty regularly, K3lroy on the weekends is a constant, and Ozzy late at night is online aswell pretty often.
