The only place where you can make suggestions is the forums. Anywhere else will be ignored or forgotten about.
Make sure you put enough time and thought into your suggestion. Just posting "this sucks remove it" or "add this it would be fun" is not enough effort. You need to think about why it's there (or not there) in the first place, what kind of impact it would have to change it, and how it would affect players other than just yourself.
Remember, even though it might seem like it's a small amount of work, even small features often take at least a few hours of development and testing. Bigger features often take days, weeks, and sometimes even months. Developers have to go through hundreds of suggestions and spend hours or days working on them. On top of that, most suggestions have an impact on the economy and other features of the server, so it requires a lot of brainstorming and discussing to make sure it does not cause any major issues or unbalance certain groups or players.
Usually you will receive feedback from other players, not from management. The reason for this is that responding to every single suggestion would take up a lot of time and most of the time it will not even be relevant by the time the suggestion is being worked on or considered. If they do have useful feedback, it will be posted.
For all these reasons, most suggestions will either never be implemented or might take years before they are. They will however be read and considered, and most of them do influence the direction of the server and upcoming features. Please avoid reminding management about them - if you posted it on the forums, it'll be read and considered.
