It's your connection failling and recovering, nevertheless, don't worry, it's just something temporary, gets fixed after relog.

Uncountable amount of bugs can occur without a valid reason...
Probably an unsynchronization issue happened between you and the server.
Beef is a hell of a name though.

Honestly, I've never seen this before but I fail to see how desync can *completely* change someone's name. If it was an exception code or something then fine, but 'Beef94', seems like he did /changemyname or perhaps it was a hacker or something?

you saw him .. this guy are log in on italy mafia and you press tab its a little bug in Sa-mp program you see names ex: lamea31 whit dark blue name lvl 0-1000 its a little bug dont worry.
