Isn't Suiciding=Death same as Getting killed?
so why do we get jailed rofl,just coz in the kill-list doesn't appear X has killed Y?we lost the 10k anyways -.-

Suiciding to avoid death basically means you're trying to avoid getting yourself killed due to a specific reason IC, it's not about the cash.
I remember someone jumping from a cliff to avoid getting himself FKed, he tried to make things up in order to refrain getting uninvited.
