Donaton hasn't gone through IG

I recently donated, about twenty minutes ago the first payment i did was for 4 euro's and the second one was 10 Euro's after doing this i recived the 7 million dollars IG but didt not recive the rewards from first donation of 4 euro's sorry for posting in here couldn't find the correct topic to post under any repsone or help would be great!!!??
