My gta its so slow[ANSWERED]

My gta its slow, cant play i enter vehicle 2 minutes. My computer :
Graphic card :Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family
Processor : Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.66GHz, 1GB RAM.
Why this happens?

Uninstall mods and drop all settings down including brightness dont do vehicle mods if you do use mods and gogle fps increasers and then after you go in game do ctrl+alt+delete and click process an find gta_sa.exe left click it and then select set priority to high

Alright with that 1gb ram you can't play games with high graphics you must lower it, and you can't install mods; i mean if you want to play without and lags, just to suggest, simply upgrade your PC.

I think that will fix the problem
