[ANSWERED] Which CLEO mods are allowed to use?

I have asked many times this question IG, but no one responded so I decided to ask it here.

Everybody says different, so I'd like to know which CLEO mods are exactly allowed/ not allowed in the server.
Are CLEO mods for example like sun lighting, speedometer mods ( just a normal speedometer which tells you the speed, no fuel/ health ) allowed?

As far as I know only the ELS for LEO's only, I think the SASF modpack has some more cleo mods but I think it is again for SASF soldiers.

Any cleo mod that doesn't give you an unfair advantage over other players is allowed.
