how to mod ?

Why not just PM Santiego Montiere (memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=3479) and ask for it? So simple..

Those are font mods, they're pretty easy to install - download it (Google search OR download the one in that youtube video) - and replace the font.txd file you downloaded with the one in your Models folder which is located in your GTA SA main folder.

You have Youtube, search whatever you want to learn there and you'll probably find a tutorial, easy.
For instance, still don't know how to install the font mod? Found THIS by simply typing "GTA SA How to install font mods" in Youtube. It's German, but just follow what he does or find another.
