You can't delete the report if someone replied to it.
On your post/topic's right, you can see 'X' button, click on it and then confirm the action. Or press Edit and delete the topic. You are once again allowed to remove it only if none replied to it.
In case someone replied, simply say that this report can be archived with no action or edit your title to RESOLVED or LOCK etc.
