16) Do not suicide, quit or force timeout to avoid death/arrest/roleplay.

It is not acceptable under any circumstances to use /kill or /q to avoid roleplay (this includes arrests) or death. Forcing a timeout is considered abuse and may be a banable offence. In addition, once you are killed you may not use any method whatsoever to avoid the kill list. This is also abuse and will not be tolerated.

Punishments:
120-240 Minutes adminjail + removal of drugs & sellable weapons
or 24-48 hours account ban + removal of drugs & sellable weapons

When admins are jailing people who committed this, are they really removing drugs & sellable weapons?

Totally depends on the admin / the situation.
If people suicide or something related to avoid an arrest the chance is bigger that the stuff will be removed than if they quit to avoid death from a stranger.

That part is mostly ment for when a person does something to avoid getting arrested, since the player whoever tried to arrest you would've most likely taken away your materials and drugs you had on you anyway. It was prettymuch added to the rule because certain players found the jailtime worth it to keep their materials.
Our Father, who lifts in Heaven Hallowed be thy gains; Thy gym doth come, Thy curls be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily protein, and forgive us our asymmetries, for we forgive those who curl in the squat rack; and lead us not into cross-fit, but deliver us from cardio. Wheymen.

Yup... but the admins doesn't do that, I guess ... I asked this because most times when I'm about to frisk or take away materials etc, they just /q or force timeout and the materials doesn't get removed. When reported, the admins jails him for example 120 minutes and he doesn't remove the mats/drugs.

Basic admins can't remove the mats/drugs, thats why when I jail someone from that I will tell the reporter to /pm reported and give them away if he refusing it, I will give longer jailtime / ban.

I would like a longer jailtime than losing my materials worth millions. x)

If the player left to avoid arrest we (at least I) always check if the player had materials. If he did he will have to lose them, I normally just Ask the reporter to PM him and remove his materials. If he refuse I simply ban him untill further notice. Most players rather want to lose their materials than getting suspended.
